Care Team Vision Statement: To share God's love through a ministry of presence and care.
Care Team Mission: The mission of the Care Team is to provide regular visitations to the sick and shut-in. The mission is twofold. First, we partner with Christ as an extension of his presence and love as we believe that God works healing through others. Second, we seek to keep connected to the Body of Christ those who have been disconnected from regular participation in the life of the church due to circumstances beyond their control.
The St. Luke Care Team assists the Pastor with non-emergeny visitations to individuals of the St. Luke family. If you would like a visit from a member of the Care Team or from Pastor Ivan, please fill out the form below.
