Visitation Request

The St. Luke Care Team are here to assist you with non-emergency visitations. If you would like a visit from a member of the Care Team or from Pastor, please fill out a visitation request. 

Library

Please explore our church library where you can find our selection of  books and faith-based materials. This library is also available to visit in person.  

Service Request

If you or someone know is in need of assistance, please fill out a service request. We strive to help as many people as possible, but please note that we may not be to fulfill every request due to limited resources. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Scholarship Opportunity

The William B. and Virginia S. Rolofson Scholarship a great opportunity for who are looking for financial assistance to pursue their academic goals.
