The Outreach Committee has set a goal to provide 3000 pounds of food to the area food pantry for 2011. The food is taken to the pantry after the first Sunday of each month, but you can bring food items any time that is convenient.
A continued thank you for the contributions to the Food Pantry each month, Donna and Mick Pulse continue to take the food from the food barrel down to the Food Pantry at St Paul UMC. Donna reported that they are so grateful to the St.Luke congregation for the food that is given, as we are the only church organization that contributes at this time. As we all know the need for these services is greater than ever. Thank you!
